For the 2019 Sauvignon Blanc, we went back to our roots and was made with 100% Rutherford fruit. This wine has a pale, gold tint. On the nose it showcases citrus, apple, lychee, honeysuckle and a hint of flint. On the palate, this wine echoes the nose with notes of grapefruit, apple, lychee and a tinge of salinity and mineral. It has bright, mouthwatering acidity and a juicy, round mouthfeel. The finish lingers with notes of grapefruit and a hint of almond.
