Tasting notes: The 2016 Kazumi Sauvignon Blanc has a pale, gold tint. On the nose this wine showcases aromas of peach, pear, honeydew melon, pink grapefruit with white floral notes of honeysuckle. Digging deeper one discovers a scent of fresh grass with morning dew. The wine enters the palate with pink grapefruit, green apple, yellow peach and lychee. It has juicy yet crisp acidity with a smooth, soft mouthfeel. The finish lingers with flavors of ripe pink grapefruit and a hint of brioche.
