The 2021 Napa Valley Koshu is the inaugural release of Koshu for Kazumi Wines. It is also the first of its kind to be released in the U.S.
The 2021 Napa Valley Koshu has notes of crisp green apple, yuzu, mineral, and a hint of savory umami. It has mouthwatering acidity which makes it very food friendly. It is a delicate wine which pairs well with all types of cuisines but especially suited for seafood and Japanese dishes.
