On the nose this wine showcases aromas of cassis, bramble and cocoa. Digging deeper, one discovers scents of sweet baking spices, vanilla and floral notes of violet. The wine enters the palate with plush fruits of blueberry, cassis and bramble followed by layers of black tea, sweet spice and savory dried herbs. This wine has a good backbone of structure and acidity with smooth tannins. All the layers adds to the complexity of this wine for a long finish.
